Frank Seddio has decided to not hold a county committee meeting for the Brooklyn delegation of Senate District 26 to fill Squadron's seat. Despite the fact Paul Newell won a vast majority of the vote at the Manhattan County Committee vote, he is handing the seat to Brian Kavanagh.
